I wanted to double my solar batteries. I bought the original 4-12v batteries from Renogy. Using Renogy's web site I looked up my original order and pressed the "re-order" button. The new order arrived quickly. Unpacked the new 4-12v batteries & took them to job site only to find that Renogy sent the wrong batteries. Had to repack 4 extremely heavy batteries. Renogy ultimately made good.

I have had a very difficult time dealing with customer support. I cancelled an order that was supported by an Affirm loan (#10230251) and was assured that the refund was going to be sent to Affirm. One month later, I am notified that my first payment for this cancelled order is going to be processed with interest by Affirm. I placed another order with Renogy (#10230258) and it arrived with missing pieces of the order. These things happens, but then I had to reach out to Renogy on a few separate occasions to actually get the missing part delivered.

I have lots of questions and the answers are thorough and extremely helpful!!
It's all about customer service, and you guys rock!
I will be buying from you all on future projects.

Seems to be a well built product. Still have to inspect/install few things but looks like everything will b ok.

Received the BT-2 Bluetooth module for my Renogy Lithium 100AMP HOUR batteries. Installed with owner supplied CAT5e RJ5 UTP cable.

Transmission range seems very good; batteries are on trickle charge now (in basement) I can track status using the Renogy DC Home Application on IPHONE - good transmission throughout most of the house.

Quick delivery, ease of installation and quality parts. Only issue I had was the battery enclosure was damaged when received.

Products are high quality and the Bluetooth app connected quick. Got a knock down on 2 stars because ordering process was a nightmare. Given only 1 tracking code, but received 6 different orders at different times which left me calling in to support to ask why tracking showed delivered on the first items but was missing several others. Then, nothing in the boxes on how to connect. Had to go to the website to look at a simple enough wiring diagram, but was giving 8 different wires and sizes. The wiring diagrams did not specify which wires to use where, so left me guessing. Still haven’t hooked up with sine wave inverter just yet as I’ll need to figure this out as well and no diagram for this part. Support has been pretty good however each time I’ve called in.

Easy to navigate website and make purchases. Items arrived well packaged and complete. Online information easy to research and decide on which product(s) to purchase.

I had a Renogy dealer hook up 1200 watt solar system, controller, 6 lithium batteries, and inverter in October and and has gone down and doesn't work. Called support and was on phone for more than 2 hours, on and off hold, and she told me they'd call me back but never did. I send the whole unit back if I could. $7500.00 and that's the service I get. SUCKS
So I got a response? Spend more than $7500.00 and I have to put a survey to get a response? The customer service person couldn’t figure it out and kept putting my tech ($100 an hour) on hold. 2 1/2 hours later she said someone would call us back. Great!! No call back. Just a couple order #’s 10215895, 10215954, and now I see the new inverter has built in wifi. The one I have I had to buy the b-1 and b-2 which doesn’t work after the update ??

20 amp DC to DC charger arrived quickly in secure packaging. Clear directions make installation a snap and it should last. It is solidly built with secure connection points. The many You Tube videos out there can clarify any questions. Renogy fully supports their products if you need them!

I have a Franklin 2-wire submersible well pump that uses a "biac" starting system, a system which appears to be unique to Franklin 2-wire submersible well pumps. I could find very little info about it online or from Franklin dealers or from the Franklin company itself. I did find out that it requires a clean sine wave to start the pump. We get a fair amount of power failures here and I wanted to have running water during blackouts. The 3ooo watt pure sine wave inverter (run through a 120 to 240 volt split-phase step-up transformer) did the job perfectly. Excellent inverter!

It's not very often I receive customer service as a whole like I have from Renogy.

From emailing them for advice on wiring for their products pre-purchase, to the follow-up service after purchasing their products has been really refreshing.
The price-point of their products is very competitive and the quality is definitely up to spec.
I have gone full Renogy for my van build and I was slightly hesitant to choose them over Victron in the beginning, but they have far exceeded my expectations and I'm happy with my decision.

I would recommend looking into using them if you're considering anything solar.

I had a question about charging multiple batteries they got me intuch with a tech to answer and followed up to make sure everything was working as I needed!

Ease of ordering. Availability of products and services. I could not believe how easy it was to find the right product and then order everything online. Everything I needed was in the store and the price was excellent. I will be back to order more products in the future.
